"They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. "Didn't get notified about the consuctrion going on on the building. Elavator was not working, hot tub was not working, flies everywhere. All of this was tolded to me the day that I checked in and not weeks in advanced."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The “doggy basket” was a nice addition. I always bring either a sheet or quilt to put on the bed for my dog. My only complaint was that I couldn’t take a shower in the AM because it wouldn’t come on. I tried every way imaginable and I couldn’t turn the shower head to turn on. I mean, that’s not a difficult task, but, it wasn’t working for me. I was in room 202."

"Hotel was beautiful! Location was great, very walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and breweries. The fireplace in the room, the soaking tub and the comfy bed made for a luxurious stay. We enjoyed the sauna, and the room had cozy robes to wear. The staff was friendly and helpful, Katie at the front desk made us feel so welcome! Would 100% come back to Astoria just to stay at this hotel."
