A great place to stay if you have to be in Assen. It's in an almost perfect location in the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, and the restaurant was also excellent. If you arrive or depart on a Wednesday or Saturday, be aware that there is a wonderful local market in front of the hotel.on those days. If you need to take a taxi on those days, the taxi will pick you up / drop you off at the end of the street (about 200 meters from the hotel entrance).

Friendly staff and nice, neat hotel. However, my room was very close to the staircase and every time anyone came up or down the stairs it was very noisy. Avoid the rooms close to the stairwells.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and restaurant next door. Close to two bus stops and only approximately 10 minute walk from Assen station. Markets outside on Wednesday and Sunday. Rooms are decently sized with A/C, wet room and in room safe

The location is good, there is a super market right a cross the street and many restaurants in the area. Only thing what we did not like, is that the sink in the bathroom was not working properly. For the rest, the breakfast buffet was good.
