Stayed here for 3 nights while attending Rock The Country at Boyd county fairgrounds. Hotel is very close to the venue and the staff was super friendly and the room was clean. Close to restaurants and a Walmart for supplies. Liquor store right up the road.

Tommy was the very best. He was the front desk clerk whom packed my 2 year old backpack n food into my room for me because my little one was asleep and my hands were full. Absolutely treat a stranger like family!!!All the way around best hospitality EVER!!!!

The hallway floors were really dirty, at breakfast they quickly ran out of things and didn’t replace them. The one piece of fruit left, an apple, was old and I had to throw it away. I asked for a handicapped room and was denied though there weren’t many people in rooms. The beds were too high, I had a difficult time getting in them, I’m 5’3”.

Upon arrival, room was covered in stink bugs. The front desk said they were fully booked and could not move us to another room. We were forced to book elsewhere and leave. Upon request for refund, they told us NO REFUNDS, but we could come back and get a different room. They had already told us the opposite. It was too late, we had already spent additional $$$ at another hotel. Unacceptable. Hotels.com was NO HELP either!

Room was clean and comfortable. Night staff was awesome! The bathroom fan is so noisy we quit trying to use it. Window needs to be replaced, it has a sharp crack across it. Dangerous for a child.

Room130 has stucco falling from ceiling onto the bed, the carpet is so dirty it’s sticky, there are mice running from under the bed to the hallway and back, and I woke to 4 bed bugs on my pillow…

My husband and I travel to Ashland quite frequently to visit friends. We have adopted this hotel as our #1 stay. The price is reasonable, much more affordable than others in the area. The staff is always friendly and our rooms are always clean and comfy.

The place is very outdated and they could have called and told me before I got up there and checked in that the pool was down and also the ice machine wasn’t working. My tub in my room was very dirty it had black foot prints in it. I had to get my own cleaning supplies to clean the tub before I would take a shower or my kids. Very very disappointed

When the fire alarm went off in the morning and everyone was filing out it looked like only homeless people were there and each had at least one dog if not two.

OK Stay for a night
Drive off highway to property is not very well marked. It is hard to see where to go to get to the property at night. Staff were very polite and helpful. However, first room I was given the door would not open unless you lifted it when swiping card and pushed hard on the door. I asked for a different room. Staff assigned me a new room with no problem. Room was clean and stocked with basic supplies. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice but coffee was available in the breakfast area.

No key cards for three days. Had to wait for staff to let you in your own room. Poor smokers. No wifi on end units.

Was not happy the key coder machine was broke. I had to have someone let me into the room if i left. Ice machine was out of order.

The whole place seemed run down. The bathroom smelled like vomit and the room had an unclean feeling to it.

Eh! Probably won’t be staying there again
The stay was ok..tv kept going in and out, the keycards wouldn’t hardly work to the room. Had to go back to the front desk several times to get new key cards and the room smelled like wet dogs due to a pet friendly hotel. Probably won’t be staying there again and wouldn’t really recommend it for people without pets. The price could have been cheaper for the stay due to these conditions.
