"We stayied two nights at this hotel The room on the first nigth was 25 C The 2rd night it was 28.5 C So you could not sleep They have a good night garantie Asked at front desk They said to contact the guest relations Contacted them just to find out that first i did not book with them dirrect And that the room temp do not fall under the good night because this hotel does not have airco So what is the point of having a good night garantie "

"Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point."

"Staff downstairs in all areas were very friendly, room & bathroom was essentially very clean apart from a lot of crumbs inside the room drawers, not that we needed them for one night but maybe check the drawers.... Unfortunately we were on the 4th floor and there was a private function above which was incredibly noisy from when we got back from dinner until midnight. Although we were offered a room swap, we had already showered, were in PJ's and were trying to watch a film..."

Lovely building & grounds but still close to Canterbury town centre.
