"My sister and I stayed for two nights over the Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. We did need to call reception to ask them to contact the room next to us, as the guests were quite loud, and the matter was dealt with promptly. The spa and swimming pool were excellent and enjoyed a massage! Breakfast was served buffet-style, with a great variety of choices."

"Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5."

The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point."

"This is the worst hotel i have ever seen, we turned up after a long days working to the drunk owner arm wrestling in the hotel, smoking inside amd flicking it in a stella glass. It was honestly like a scene out of the league of gentleman. We wemt straight to bed, to be knoked up at midnight by the steaming owner. "Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu.
