Pretty loyal Hilton customer. The desk person was friendly and efficient. Room cleanliness was just barely okay. Not a deal breaker but not at a level that would make this a first choice in the area. .

I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel. The rooms were clean and fresh and I loved the brand of soaps/shampoo they offered. The breakfast was great and had a large selection.

Boyfriend and I have been traveling for a while cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in so far. Gm Juan, Cassandra and another nice female working days w/nose piercing were all so helpful and kind.

Ok but wont stay there again.
Your hotel customer reps were very nice and willing to help. Nice when you walk in. Hotel room was ok. Has a musty smell to them tho. Our room had a crack down the wall next to my bed. Love that they had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion alreasy in the bathrooms. Shower head needs a good cleaning. Not much water pressure. Pretty quiet, besides the kid that kept running up and down the hall way. The beds are super hard. Didnt sleep much, and i was achy when i got up. I Was upset when i came down at 8am for breakfast and there wasnt anything left, so i only had a glass of apple juice.

Nicest property in the Artesia area besides Hotel Artesia. Breakfast was good both days with plenty of variety. Very clean, safe and affordable. Only con was front desk staff was NOT friendly. I had 3 encounters with the same person and she seemed bothered by my requests and was not helpful at all. First impression was I inquired upon check in if my room could be assigned close to my traveling partner and was simply told with attitude that she could not make any changes to my reservation because I booked on Expedia. I worked front desk for many years and I know room numbers are assigned by the hotel, not Expedia. Lo and behold, when my sister checked in right behind me, she ended up in the room right next door. The desk clerk could have mentioned she was able to accommodate my request after all, but let us walk away believing we were in different parts of the building. Unnecessary and could have left us with a much better impression with just a small adjustment in her customer service. Either way, I will choose this hotel for future stays becuase everything else was great!

Booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub and it was CLOSED our whole stay. This is frustrating when traveling with kids and you tell them there is a pool. We were told it may open in the evening and they would let us know and then heard nothing. Everything else around stay was great!
