"Location was in the middle of the ZTL in Pienza which means you get to walk out of your room into the middle of the touristy part of the city with no cars to really worry about most of the time. Parking was about a 10 min walk away so it wasn't too bag to walk with bags. Cute suite we had with a kitchen and dining room. Had A/C in all rooms but we only used the one in the bedroom. Cute and convenient accommodation in a great location."

"We had an amazing time staying at this property: the staff were super helpful, going beyond what was expected to accommodate our late arrival. The room was very clean and cozy looking, the views surrounding the property were breathtaking, we couldn’t believe our eyes. The view of the property were we had our breakfast, looked like a postcard. I highly recommend this place and would love to visit it again"

"Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. "Beautiful property, but hospitality is lagging. Also if you’re in a loft room, there is a hazardous stair to the bathroom which is right beside the stairs down to lower level, so need to be very careful at night. No night lights. Plus, the noise from other guests going up their stairs in rooms beside you is SO LOUD! Paper thin walls. And no kitchen dishes or utensils were available in our kitchen (and stove was turned off!) Instead they provided a good breakfast, but was still inconvenient for...
