"Great location and breakfast! Room small and quiet, and clean enough. But overall... Hotel very worn and needs an update and clean. No teaspoon in room. Had to plug kettle in on bedside table. No decaffeinated coffee. Tiny TV. Poor signage to rooms. Staff mainly uninterested and unwelcoming. Room was down precarious set of stairs, in basement. View of walls. No air con. No parking (unless paid £30 for valet parking). If you want to swim it's £5 extra."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly . We had breakfast there which was very nice . Didn't like the Coffee and Tea in the Room's . Carpets was stained ,Shelf in Bathroom was very dirty . Hotel needs a mega upgrade , but for the price it was o.k. Bed's where good to sleep in ,could have done with an extra Pillow . Is a very low budget Hotel ."

The room was dirty, there was no lock on one of the windows so did not feel safe at all, the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable-the springs could be felt, the tv didn’t work, there was a discarded vape under the bed so the room had clearly not been vacuumed, there were cobwebs, discloloured enamel on the bath, old and stained vinyl on the floor to the bathroom, the shower head kept dropping and wouldn’t stay in place, dirt in the corners of the room, the walls were thin, the was a...
