Konakladığım tarihlerde otelde su kesintisi olduğu belediyenin çalışma yaptığı söylenerek sürekli ertelemelerle suyun geleceği söylenerek “termal su” hizmetinden yararlanamadım gelen soğuk su da çamurluydu ve bunun için bişey yapılmadı üstelik personel bunlar için kızarak konuştu vaat edilen hiç bir hizmeti alamadım ve otelden 24 saatten kısa süre içinde ayrıldım, para iadesi konusunda ise termal su yoktu fakat bunu su yokluğu olarak değerlendirmediler şaka gibi bir hizmetsizlik. Gidecekler gitmesin önerim budur berbat bir işletme.

Gerçekten mükemmel bir yerdi. Personel gerçekten çok yardımsever. Temizliğe gerçekten önem veriyorlar. Tek kötü yanı wifi nin olmaması. Kabloların yandığını söylediler. Buda bana denk geldi malesef. Odalar cidden çok güzel ve femiz. Tavsiye ediyoruz.
