"So much was wrong. They failed to pick us up from the airport. We were there for 3 days and 2. The first room smelled (the covers, bedding, and rug). The toilet couldn’t flush properly. "The hotel is good, however the royal suite was not really royal - the beds are basically 2 individual beds out together, so there is a whole in the middle of the bed and it’s very uncomfortable to sleep there. The A/C was not getting below 24C and so it was pretty hot to sleep in sometimes."

"This hotel is atrocious. The positive reviews on Expedia are fraudulent. The entire hotel (our room included) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The towels and bedding are stained brown. The AC barely works and the WiFi is nonexistent. The food was terrible. cold, stale, and bland. I’m a seasoned, international traveler. This hotel is much worse than an $11 hotel room in Vegas."
