"Very nice hotel"

"For the prices available in the region it was by far the best option, perfect for a few days. We went one weekend for the World Cup and it was great, helpful staff, good rooms and facilities. The only downside is that building seems a little not too well maintained and humid."

"I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Colinas. There is a lot to love about this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well, and the overall ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, my experience was overshadowed by one major issue. The view from my balcony overlooked construction dumpsters and debris instead of the beautiful surroundings. For a room...

"The Hotel was great, the front counter guy was awesome. With that said the housekeeper must have let the suite next door slam shut while she was cleaning about 20-25 times. We even asked her to please put the cart in the way to keep the door opened while she cleaned. But didn’t. As we were taking a much needed nap after traveling. Also the swim up bar allows toddlers to play on the barstools. So not exactly adult time for others without kids."

"The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay."
