El staff es fantástico y muy servicial. Nuestro único inconveniente se dio al solicitar el servicio de transfer a través del hotel, enviaron un conductor muy descortés y sin actitud de servicio se supone que iba a recogernos al aeropuerto y dijo que no podía estacionarse en la terminal pidió que caminaremos 200 metros con lluvia y a menos 6 grados, ojalá atiendan ese único...
"Such an incredible hotel! The views are out of this world! I highly recommend! And make sure to use the spa. It's all included with the exception of the massages. They also have a cool dome at Cerro Castro that you can enjoy a snack and beverage while you're skiing. So glad I stayed here!"
"Cabin was clean and well stock. Gino gave us recommendations of were to eat and activies to do during our stay. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this place for peaceful and relaxing stay. 20 minute walk to city centre. "
