Second time staying at this wonderful hotel on the way to and from another destination. Receptionists are warm and welcoming. Room was a little more tired than the last time, but overall very pleasant, comfortable and excellent value for money. Breakfast was quite varied, but limited on hot options. Seems the hotel are due to update this part of the hotel. The only improvement would be to not have heating turned up full in the rooms on arrival - this must be a big waste of energy.

The hotel itself was very good except for fact that they couldn't find our booking. Refused to accept my voucher and insisted I could not have paid in advance. Which according to my email I had. I now have to spend time disputing thus with hotel.com and the hotel by email. We couldn't argue for longer as we had a pre-booked bus out of town.

We arrived very early, and the receptionist was able to offer a room well before check in. That was very kind after a long bus journey. In general the customer service skills of the reception team at this hotel is exceptional; especially the lady on in the mornings, and the gentleman in the evenings. The room was fresh and modern, with a nice bed, linen and towels. We were only really passing through, but there are a number of restaurant options and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast was of average quality, but good enough overall. The breakfast room is out of keeping with the rest of the hotel, though it appears the hotel are going to renovate this space. The lobby and toilets are very clean, as is the hotel more generally. The hotel could be a bit more eco-friendly - the heating in both the bedroom and bathroom was turned up very high on arrival. We had to open windows to cool it down.

Zimmer mit Blick in Innenhof wurde uns zugeteilt, obwohl sehr viele Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt freiwaren. Dadurch ist das Zimmer auch dunkel gewesen.

Hotel ESPETACULAR! Maravilhoso! Parabéns!!!

O Amérian Hotel é MARAVILHOSO! Nos hospedamos duas vezes, no dia 6/1 (ida para Ushuaia) e no dia 9/1 (retorno de Ushuaia). Um hotel de qualidade e atendimento 5 estrelas, por preço de 3 estrelas. É o melhor hotel com o menor preço que encontramos em toda a nossa viagem de carro de Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul a Ushuaia, na Argentina! Tanto é bom, que também, estavam hospedados o Presidente da Argentina Milei, sua esposa e toda a sua comitiva. E nem por isso, tivemos problemas com a segurança. Fomos bem atendidos e em nenhum momento tivemos restrição ao entrar e sair por causa da segurança do Presidente.

Servicio medio

El hotel es lindo, pero se cortaba la luz a cada rato, no tenía hielo ni un espacio de restaurante. El estacionamiento esta a mitad de cuadra, es al aire libre y considerando el clima en Río Gallegos, esto no colaboró al bienestar.
