"Overall, an incredible stay. We had a room in the old wing which frankly are very, very tired and in DESPERATE need of a refresh; however, it was still a great stay - the setting is just fantastic, staff were great, as were the food and drinks + lots of extras included like bikes and kayaks to take out. The spa was great - fantastic massage! And the pool was lovely and warm (indoors and outdoors) "

"Nice staff, good food and not in the center of Ushaia. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle downtown or to the dock was good although not necessarily on time. Pool and hot tubs/sauna were nice to have handy, and fitness room had everything necessary right down to a TRX. One problem is that explanations of excursions are not very clear unless you speak fluent Spanish and the concierge knows the timing and length. "I loved the location of this property its walkable to the sea port where you can book excursions and is surrounded by a lot of restaurants. The only thing was mid is their breakfast. A lot of sweets and NO fruits. "

"Amazing views are worth the 10 min drive away from town. The hotel is clean and staff is attentive. The pool is perfectly heated! HUGE bathrooms!!! Loved my stay! Lots of doggies around the property to love on. Only issue was the food. Horrible!!! If they can fix the food id give them 5 stars. Our steak was tough as rocks, the breakfast isnt even worth it. Stale bread."

"The hotel was beautiful, located right on the lake. Our room was really nice, but the bathroom ceiling was old and crumbling, and the blinds were broken. There was also smell of sewage during the night. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she changed our rooms by the third night and offered us a free dinner at the restaurant as a compensation. The second room was lovely. The pool could use a clean up. But overall the experience was lovely and we got engaged there so we have a special place...
