"The property was being upgraded so the construction was a little annoying. However, the room was quiet, the beds were so comfortable. They technology for using the elevators made the trips easier and the wait time minimal. The included breakfasts were yummy and started our days in such a great way. I highly recommend this location. We were able to walk easily to all we wanted to do! Our Broadway shows were within a couple of blocks. Subway was right there to connect with all other Burroughs. My granddaughter and I loved every minute!"

"You’re paying to be a good location. You’re close to several train stations, central park, lincoln center, etc. But the hotel it self is a bit dated. Staff are helpful but there were some inconveniences that I would want to know about if I were staying here. For example, the key cards consistently need to be reactivated (4x for us), you can’t control the temperature of your room, and there’s not water / ice stations."
