"The hotel overall was very good. I would give it 5 stars but the room given to us was very outdated and the room reeked of sewer smell. We complained but nothing was done while we occupied it. Putting the stoppers in the plugs helped. Other than that property was very good."
"A week at Marriott Ténérife.
We usually stay at Hilton properties, but chose this hotel due to the lack of a Hilton in the area. Unfortunately, we could really notice the difference.
In terms of the property itself, cleanliness, rooms, and breakfast style, there isn’t much difference. However, where this hotel falls short is in the service—particularly at reception. We are very down-to-earth people, but being pointed at and told, in effect, to “get it yourself” does not feel like good service.
That said, there was one standout member of staff—a lady with glasses who checked us in on the first day and kindly provided us with a beach towel. You were absolutely fantastic 👍
Housekeeping was consistently attentive, and the real highlight of our stay was the breakfast team. They work tirelessly every morning, making the experience feel special. Credit also goes to the chefs—you’re amazing too.
This may not be our last stay, but unfortunately, it wouldn’t be our first choice next.

"This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street.
The breakfast offering is quite amazing. And the room has modern appointments that were really nice such as motion detected nightlights in the bathroom and l e d's that could be set for different light levels.
It's true that the rooms are not very large and the bathroom is quite a squeeze. I was also a little stumped that amenities did not include body lotion or hair conditioner. These seem pretty basic for a four star hotel. However, overall it was a wonderful place for us to spend our time in the canary islands"
"Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, so great for exploring on foot. Hotel is quiet and opposite a lovely park, rooms are very clean and modern. You are so close to lots breakfast and dinner places so make sure you get out and eat with the locals. Recommend public parking 5mjn walk called Rosalia.
Nice lounge area if you want to chill with beer or wine and food. Great hotel and location. "
"There is a nightclub at the very top of this hotel which you need to be aware of and there was no mention of any gym/fitness facilities. The staff were very helpful though and responsive to any concerns/questions.
7/10"
