"Very clean room and ewll taken care."

"We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

"Great parking and accessible to freeway and restaurants. It feels home. Front desk assigned our room for disabled. The sofa was filthy and visible wear and tear. This was my second time here. All the receptionist are friendly and courteous except one. She is unpleasant and I guessed she is not a people person. Well thank god the other staff help me to transfer to another room. I personally love this hotel. Well, we survived. Kudos to friendly and professional crews!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well. The shower was especially comfortable. Parking was included and staff was friendly and helpful. I was not able to connect to the front desk but other than that everything was fine."

"I have never stayed at an AC by Marriott hotel before. What a nice discovery! It's now my favorite hotel brand. Friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to help their guests. Very nice, clean and well maintained facilities. Good breakfast. Free coffe and water. Nice area to work at the lobby and the terrace. I just can't remember anything that is not excellent."

"Very disappointed. A lot of misrepresentation. Pictures were not what reality presents. Building is old, not maintained, carpets in hallway isdurty n has that damp mildew smell. Its like a 1 star hotel. We requested a refund for misrepresentation and was told the manager is not back to approve until monday. We checked out right after check in. I need my money back. Non refundable only applies if stay was used and if there is no misrepresentation. I am hoping they will do the right thing and give...

"This was a great place to stay and an even better group of people!"

"This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helped us navigate around the neighborhood, including close restaurants and Tesla chargers. The room & bathroom were incredibly clean, bed/bedding/pillows were comfy, and it was very quiet. Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Sunnyvale area!"

"We had a pleasant stay as always in a Marriott hotel. I have to say the rooms were kind of plain and could use some more decors to make it more peaceful and harmonious vibe. The light switches were kinda weird and one of the switch was broken but was later fixed when we got back. So, that was nice. It’s close to freeway and shopping centers in the area. Walking distance. Overall, I would stay again."

"The shower didn’t work. The water wouldn’t come out of the shower head very disappointed. We didn’t realize this until the next day when everybody had to get up and have showers in the morning ruined everything no one could have a nice clean shower.."
