"Overall positive experience, the highlight were the Amouage products. However, I have a few suggestions: first off, we waited in line at check-in for a very long time and there should really have been more than one person working. Second, the pillows were so thick that no human head can possibly lie on them. Third, our room was very far from the elevator down two long hallways. None of this is terrible, but not 5 star worthy. Overall the hotel and restaurant spaces were nice. "
