"I got a free upgrade to a very nice room with a great view. Definitely be selective about the room you choose. Friends who stayed in a first floor studio were not as happy with their room."

Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort - A Caesars Rewards Destination
10/10 Excellent
"Really enjoyed my stay. The check-in process was a bit of a challenge. Used the kiosk which worked & gave me my keys, but there was no information about the hotel, property, or amenities given. Had to go down to front desk later that night as my phone was not operational in the room. Other than that, really beautiful facility with everything you need."
