"Our room wasn’t ready at check-in and the individuals are the front desk didn’t want to change our room to one available. They said they have a lot of rooms to clean daily and we needed to wait. It was after 4pm and we had a toddler who had been in a car for over 14 hrs. Once we asked again to please check on the status of our room and it was well past 4 pm they said it still wasn’t ready and didn’t know when it would be as someone left stuff in the room the night prior. Still not our issue. We asked again for a different room assignment and they were rude saying they guess they can change our room with someone who hasn’t shown yet. When we got to our room it wasn’t that clean, tiles were broken in the bathroom and the ac was in rough appearance. "
