"Beautiful place to stay"

"Got there at 6:30. Two tour buses of kids just arrived. No food at the buffet. "

"Wonderful customer service; full self serve breakfast; great choices for everyone; only complaint was the pool area small for such a large hotel and the chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes. The room was great! Very clean and felt just like home. The water pressure for the shower was great! I say that because it’s very hard to find good water pressure in hotels. I would most definitely stay here again!"

"We only spent one night there and enjoyed the casino. There was a mix up in the room assignment but after reaching out to the front desk staff we were moved. "

"Service...wow food...wow amenities... wow, first time this was the best hotel, others were good and okay and some others were absolutely trash, once I slept in the car for one hotel, but Embassy suites blew me away I was a little nervous about the bears but nothing to do with the hotel. 4 blocks from downtown Gatlinburg and pools are heated, lazy river was cold in winter, so not to heated,but pools and hot tub feel great for a winter night, breakfast is early for me but no biggie. This is hands dow the best hotel in history. So great, never staying anywhere else after the experience."
