"PROS - easy check-in, free parking option, and free shuttle that covered basically all of downtown Tulsa. Rooms were large and nice finishes. CONS - spent time at the rooftop bar at night and for brunch. super slow service and very unattentive even though there was a ton of servers behind the bar. Also room had a nearly full kitchen setup but it seemed odd you had to have staff come unlock the fridge and no microwave. also had to cover the fridge with towels in order to sleep cause the light on it was so bright. All in all it was a good spot to stay for one night, but for $300 will look elsewhere next time"

"This hotel charges excessive pet fee's and provide no space for pets to do their business except a 3' x 2' space in their parking lot. First hotel I've stayed at that actually ran out of breakfast and coffee! They are also the first hotel to have hot dogs as a breakfast meat lol. The only thing worst than the above is the price per night. We only stayed there becuase the BOK center is across street, but we just won't go to the BOK center due to outragous parking fees."

"Good, but not excellent. Water stains on ceiling n walls, bug on pillow, average hotel breakfast. Water filling station was unknown to night front desk stafd, n when pointed out by morning staff, i noticed that the filter needed replacing but staff said they could not do that. Why have a water station if it is not maintained properly?"
