Hotel Dekat Keystone Ancient Forest

"DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the filth. I don’t believe they vacuum the floors between guests. We asked the front desk associate to take a look, he refused, we kindly reported it the next morning, in front of 2 housekeeping staff, our room was still filthy. When we again, asked someone to address it, the housekeeper came to our door and said “what’s wrong now”. Used q tips on the bathroom floor, a toilet...

"The Elevator was removed and shipped to Texas six weeks for repair. We arrived at 9:00 pm to check in. She said the only room available was on the fourth floor and no elevator. I am a 84 year old veteran with my 78 year old wife. We were to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. In case of fire I guess we would burn up trying to get out. I can’t believe they can stay open! Holiday Inn should close them down immediately!"

"Always a great experience when we stay here! The check in staff was superb!"

"Clean room. Nice location."

"We had a very nice stay. It’s a very peaceful place."

"Good deal for the price and location. The only negative was the nearby traffic noise, but nothing can really be done about that."

"It was avery cute house with a very well stocked kitchen and other amenities. I will be staying here again. "

"Refrigerator door fell off, water was "rigged up" for use., tv wouldn't turn on, toilet flushed halfway, 1 towel provided( $4 more if you wanted housekeeping),owner/ manager were rude. Tried to cancel reservation ( within the allotted time)- they refused refund, closed and LOCKED the service window."
