"The area was OK not much around that would be walkable.. The pool was kind of small and the pool area was definitely small with dated furniture. It was definitely not enough room for all the buildings. The view was very nice. The sunsets were amazing. The food at the pool bar was OK. You can’t swim in the bay"

"My view of the bay was beautiful. The room was was beautiful, however, I could hear my neighbors’ conversation. I had an adjoining room and the doors were not soundproof."

"Room was cold. Heater would not heat up past 70°. In room Coffee service was terrible. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel restaurant was less than average. In room sofa was stained. Carpets leading into most rooms elevator were severely frayed."

Our room had multiple issues, including a malfunctioning AC that left it uncomfortably cold and lack of consistent hot water. Late at night, an unknown individual knocked on our door offering towels we never requested, which felt unsettling and raised safety concerns. We also had a confirmed dinner reservation at Society Table that was mishandled. After waiting, we were told our reservation had been overlooked. Meanwhile, other parties — including those without reservations — were seated ahead of us. Bar service during this time was also unprofessional. Due to the combination of these issues, we chose to leave early. While the property itself is beautiful, the service and overall experience did not meet expectations, especially for a special occasion"
