"AMAZING staff. So incredibly warm and hospitable. 10/5 stars. I had a couple minor issues that were somewhat annoying. When I checked in I let staff know my room was missing a hairdryer and remote, and this was not replaced. Later than night I encountered a swarm of snails that had entered my unit. Of course not something hotel can control - it's the tropics. I asked to be moved to another room which was immediately accommodated. However upon arriving to the room I noticed there was no deadbolt....

The basics are MIA - examples include our room not being made up at all on two occasions, having no towels for the pool available on four of the seven days we stayed (our longest wait was close to an hour), being told we could have an extended check out but then told no when we came back to pay. Food is average and the drinks are expensive. They had happy hour for the World Cup - two for one local beers (26 Tala), we can get imported beers for...

"The check in time was too long we arrived at the hotel and the reception told us that we only allowed to check in at 1pm. We have to stay in the car for at long and I have a brother he was in critical condition of his sickness and it was worse staying in the car for that long. "
