Hosts were extremely accommodating and welcoming. Home has exquisite taste and beautifully decorated. Convenient to bike rental station across the street. Easy access to old town area by walking or transportation. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful garden area and amazing views. Nothing negative to say about this place.

If you like to be somewhere less ordinary then you will be delighted with Guesthouse Leman. It is beautifully stylish, clean and comfortable, with a delicious and plentiful continental breakfast. The host Sander is attentive and his recommendations for where to visit and where to eat are 100% reliable, and following his advice we saw aspects of Antwerp we would not otherwise have seen. The room more accurately an apartment was spacious with both lounge and bedroom areas oh and the most important element of any stay, a lovely big bed. It I see also convenient for the city with 4 tram lines nearby. We will be telling our friends and relatives about this jewel of a B&B.

Excellent spacious & comfortable suite on the top floor of a beautiful old town house that has been lovingly renovated. Sander was extremely helpful and provided a perfect itinerary for our one day in Antwerp. Only downside was the requirement to register our car for the low emissions zone in the city as we did not have the right documents with us to complete the registration. It would be helpful to have information about this on the booking confirmation email.

Ein ausgesprochen höflicher, hilfsbereiter, freundlicher, unaufdringlicher und einfach netter Gastgeber in einem mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtetem Haus. Parken vor dem Haus möglich für kleines Geld, in die City kommt man prima mit Nahverkehrsmitteln oder man kann laufen, ca. 30 min. Supermarkt und Esslokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, und bei allen Fragen hilft einem der liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Eine tolle Erfahrung, gerne wieder. Andreas

Notre hôte Sander était parfait !! Attentionné, agréable et arrangeant! La chambre était nickel le lit confortable. La salle du petit déjeuner splendide !! Tout est décoré avec soin, c'était magnifique ! Je recommande à tous ce petit bijou d'autant plus qu'il est très bien situé (pas loin de la sortie d'autoroute et à 5 min en tram du centre ville).

Great location and host

We stayed for one night. The hotel is easy to find. Great location to go around. The host Sander is very detailed. He helped us carrying our luggage’s upstairs. He recommended several places for us to visit. He prepared breakfast which was really nice. He called taxi for us to go to the train station. Highly recommend.

Leman is a stylish and comfortable place to stay, away from the crush of the city centre. The charming host was helpful and generous in everything. We lacked for nothing and the advice about what to do and where to visit was way beyond the usual. It was almost like staying with a friend. There are only two rooms, so it felt personal and at the same time private

Unser Vermieter hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, wir man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt kommt und wo man eine 10er Karte kaufen kann. Den Teil, den wir nicht verbraucht haben, hat er uns zurückerstattet. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und alles sehr persönlich. Werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

A Classic newly renovated Belgian Beauty

We arrived to find a host with the most. Sander was helpful, kind- hearted and extremely knowledgeable. The B & B was a tastefully decorated century home. The garden terrace could be photographed for a magazine spread. The rooms met all our needs for a very pleasant stay ( we decided to stay an extra day in a different room as our original room was pre-booked). Each room was well stocked with glasses, a cork screw and double towels. Awesome breakfast. Loved the soft-boiled eggs. Tourist information was all organized by Sander. No need to visit a tourism office. A+ rating from L&M

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Guesthouse

Das Guesthouse Leman liegt ein bisschen ausserhalb von Antwerpen aber sehr gut erreichbar in 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig Sicht auf den wunderschönen Garten und die Kirche (die Glocken haben nicht 1 Mal gelautet). Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten. Mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet, wunderschönes Haus. Die Inhaber sind super nett. Wir haben viele tolle Tips erhalten wie was und wo. Ich empfehle dieses Guesthouse wärmstens weiter.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, zentral gelegen und vor allem stilvoll. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, humorvoll und geben einem das Gefühl zuhause zu sein. Man bekommt individuelle Tipps für den Stadtbesuch und wird mit allem versorgt, was man dazu braucht: Stadtpläne, Restaurantempfehlungen, CityCard, Shoppingtipps usw. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je besucht haben. Einfach toll.

Outstanding B&B located in a great neighborhood

This B&B is located in a very nice neighborhood of Antwerp. It's far enough out of the city center that it is quiet, but close enough in to be easily accessible via tram. It's located close to the De Konnick brewery, which has a fantastic tour as well as many delicious beers. There are also several terrific restaurants nearby with delicious food (De Pelgrim in particular is highly recommended). The B&B itself is beautifully renovated, with quality materials and excellent design. I particularly liked the lights and lighting. We stayed in the room on the top floor, which is tastefully decorated in a clean and modern style, while managing to remain cozy and cheerful. Everything was immaculately clean. Sandor, the host, is extremely helpful, makes great suggestions about activities and restaurants. He also makes a very nice breakfast, and sticks around with pleasant conversation. Not only would we stay here again, we would try to find reasons to come back.

Five star suite at Guesthouse Leman

We stayed at Guesthouse Leman for 3 nights in October. Our room, a suite really, was situated on the top floor. It was spacious and included a living room and bedroom. It was quiet with only distant traffic sounds which died down at night (no noise at all from neighbours). Comfy bed and lovely shower. The only thing to note is that you had five flights of stairs to climb, as the room is situated at the top of an elegant building, so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone with a disability. Breakfast was pleasant and served in a lovely ground floor room with a wonderful enormous glass window opening onto the back, with view of garden and church beyond (very picturesque). The B&B was a tram ride away from the centre, but perfectly walkable in 30 minutes. It was well located for a couple of attractions - De Koninck Brewery and Middelheim Museum (a wonderful garden filled with sculptures from all eras and styles, which to our surprise was free of charge to enter) and there are some good restaurants in the vicinity. Sander, the host, couldn't have been more helpful with advice and tips. He advised us to visit a street of impressive Belle Epoque residences in the Berchem district, which we really enjoyed exploring. He was very welcoming and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone considering visiting Antwerp.

Prachtig en centraal gelegen B&B

We voelden ons direct erg welkom in deze mooie B&B. De eigenaar is heel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. De locatie was fantastisch! Een mooi gerestaureerd pand met een royale, schone kamer. Dicht bij openbaar vervoer en velo, waardoor het centrum gemakkelijk bereikbaar is. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Antwerpen zou ik zeker weer boeken bij Guesthouse Leman.
