Everything was very nice except an email I recieved telling me that to be sure I was at the hotel front door to list it as 48 Groenplaat which WAS NOT the front of the hotel but the hotel restaurant which made me pay cancellation fees for the taxi.

We had a great stay. The property is in a perfect location for Antwerp and the staff were very nice. The hotel is a tiny bit dated for devour but it didn’t bother us at all. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Would stay again!
