The staff was nice and polite but the breakfast was very very poor. We paid for barely nothing, had eggs the first morning and then the eggs were finished…, croissants were burnt every morning during our stay.

A very cost effective way to stay over near Antibes and Nice. The facilities are nothing special, but for spending a week it's convenient to have a little kitchenette in the room and especially an amazing Carrefour Market around the corner. I usually stay here when I'm attending conferences in Sophia Antipolis. Because of the great public transport connections, which are dirt cheap, this is my go-to place.

Hotel was not what was expected from the advertising. Room was not clean, bathroom was in poor condition and air conditioning did not work making room extremely hot with no attempt made to repair it. I would not recommend staying here.

Pictures are deceiving, the place no longer looks.

The front clerk was incredibly sweet and kind. The property is in terrible condition. The downstairs hallway was flooded and the place had a bad odor. The floors of the room were so old that they looked filthy. The furniture and kitchen/bath cabinetry was in awful shape. The beds were sunken in the middle and all the walls were in need of fresh paint, they looked very dirty. No screens on the windows and lots of flys in the room. The exterior landscaping was extremely neglected. The glowing reviews must be fake because this was one of the worse hotels I’ve stayed.

Generally the cleaning of the room as well as common spaces (I.e elevator, corridors, lobby) was quite poor and certainly below sufficient standards. The most critical things was the air conditioning not functioning at all during hot summer which make staying inside the apartment very unpleasant. This air conditioning failure was not informed anywhere neither on web site or at the arrival on site of course no reduction of price for that was foreseen. I would not recommend to any friends.

This is by far the worst and most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, I called ahead and emailed to confirm a late check in. Arriving at midnight. I never received an email reply, but was told on the phone that that was ok. When I arrived, no one was there and I was forced to sleep outside until reception opened at nine am. You would think after this I would be happy to sleep in a bed, but the bed was full of stains and seemed to have not been cleaned. There were also stains on literally every other surface. The amount of stains and spills on the carpet was near impressive, I didn’t feel comfortable walking around barefoot because it was so gross. I cannot recommend anyone stays here.

This was almost a complete nightmare but our night was saved by a random couple. We booked a room last minute around 5pm on Expedia while on our road trip. We didn’t show up around 11:30pm and drove right in behind a another car, parked and came into the lobby to find it was closed. I will admit I didn’t not read clearly what time the lobby would be closed but the issue was there was no way for us to get out key. The issue was my Expedia account is set up to a junk email that I don’t have access to on my phone and then when I booked the room I just used auto fill for my contact information which is a phone number I don’t have access to. The only way to get your key is by a code that is sent to your phone. I tried calling a number on the reservation which was taking a long time and thankfully we ran into a couple who was able to open the safe which had the envelope with our key in it. Upon arriving to our room it was very basic. The pictures are way nicer then the room actually is. The bed was hard and also it was so hot in the room and the fan provided was way too loud to sleep with so we had to open the open but we’re woken up around 6:30/7 by the garbage truck. The bathroom was huge and very out dated. The toilet wobbled every time you sat down. The kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to cook. It was decent. In the morning we had to go to the lobby and pay our tourist tax and the lady was nice enough to wave the 5€ fee to park our car.

L ascenseur est en panne pour le départ étant handicapé il à fallut descendre les étages à pied !!! Les portes des chambres sont rafistolé on vois qu il y à eue des coups dedans Des traces sur les murs sous la peinture Les meubles de l appartement sont en mauvais état comme rongé Des coulures de colle sur le sol se collent à vos pied lorsque vous marchez pieds nus. Des traces de rouille sur le bas des cadres des portes Les seuls point positif le balcon et la literie Si vous venez ici pensez qu’à y dormir C’est plutôt un foyer pour sans papiers qu’un hôtel 146 euros la nuit c’est bien cher payé pour cet appartement sans aucun standing La personne de l’accueil est très sympathique et souriante bien sûr elle ne nous à pas prévenus de l’état de l’appartement… Et s’est empressé de demander le règlement de la nuitée. Vraiment désolé d’être venus

Hébergement bien situé, mais, il faut être véhiculé car un peu loin de la plage. Très mauvaise expérience de punaises au sein de l'appartement. Malgré que le personnel ait essayé de faire de son mieux ainsi que , le service commercial nous gardons un très mauvais souvenir. Très très sales dès l'accueil, moquette, appartement, lit, matelas, canapé...tout est a refaire... dégoûté surtout avec des enfants....

La entrada no fue buena, ya que encontramos bastantes hormigas rojas en la habitación, pero en cuanto lo dijimos en recepción, nos cambiaron a un estudio más grande en otra planta y libre de insectos, que estaba perfecto. La limpieza de las zonas comunes deja bastante que desear, pero el personal de recepción es súper amable y se agradece el baño en la piscina aunque no sea muy grande.

Personne à l’accueil après 20h alors qu’il est indiqué jusqu’à 2h le week-end (surtout en juillet). Et les info n’est sont pas forcément envoyé par mail. Heureusement que les clients ont été plutôt sympas pour nous aider à récupérer notre carte d’accès. Pas de Clim qui fonctionne dans la chambre, juste des ventilateurs de substitution. Pour la propreté, c’était tout juste propre. Cet établissement demande à être rénové.

Acceptable et attention ⚠️

Après avoir lu les avis sur divers sites, j'appréhendais de venir. Je crois que l'on vous le répète tous les jours en ce moment : la climatisation !!! Le ventilateur est bien mais cela brasse uniquement de l'air sans réellement rafraîchir. Attention aux fourmis en ces temps de chaleur, j'en ai vu quelques-unes dans la chambre (pas beaucoup mais on les voit). Sachant que la moquette n'est pas facile à détacher/nettoyer, j'ai trouvé la propreté tout à fait acceptable. La kitchenette est bien mais le plan de travail est chaud... probablement parce que le frigo se trouve en-dessous de la petite gazinière. Le frigo est propre et est fonctionnel. Pareil pour la salle de bain. Et le wifi fonctionne très bien. Un service bagagerie serait grandement utile. Merci au monsieur de l'accueil qui a été très sympathique : souriant, de bonnes suggestions de visite, de transport (lignes de bus) et de restauration. Et merci à lui car il a cherché à savoir ce qu'il s'était passé lorsqu'une dame m'avait parlé très sèchement dans l'ascenseur après avoir pris un des mes "tics" de langage pour elle et ses enfants, sans chercher à savoir. Je reviendrai éventuellement mais pas par grande chaleur s'il n'y a pas de climatisation. Des commerces sont proches, gare (ferroviaire et routière) à 30-40mins à pied / 10-15 en voiture. Prix acceptable pour ce que c'est (80€/nuit dans mon cas). PS : les cafards dans les autres chambres me font douter fort sur mon envie de revenir.
