"I couldnt stay thats how bad it was and had to book another hotel and pay much more since the room they gave me was so dirty, had mold and someone had smoked in there. I Have asthma and allergy and could not breath and they showed me another room as bad as the first one."

Im 2 Zimmer war die Schiebetür kaputt, weshalb wir bis morgens mit einem lauten Geräusch schlafen mussten. Im 3 Zimmer war dieser Geruch nicht mehr da und alles war in Ordnung. "I would overall rate this place a 4.5 stars if I could, the rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds I give them that. the hotel is a bit old and a little outdated, but the food was excellent many options for many different pallets. Unfortunately if you’re coming from the US, they don’t have outlet converters for you so make sure you are prepared. not all the staff was welcoming and sweet. "Very overpriced for what you get, food is average and no choice but one restaurant with average quality food. Alcohol not included in stay. You have to pay for all food and water inside park otherwise you waste your time walking back and forth to hotel. Other all inclusive deals are much better with Lots of variety.
