Everything was fantastic. The introduction, assistance to my room, support/direction, the room was fantastic (water and nespresso ;) the location is stellar for the perfect starting point and ease for orientation. Beautiful boutique hotel

It is a beautiful boutique hotel centrally located in Old Town. The service is excellent and the restaurant, Cava, is wonderful. The room was small but well equipped. A chair for the desk would be a nice addition, as well as a luggage stand.

Excellent hotel in the most amazing location. Living in the midst of history. Very good staff. Niĺgun is an amazing host.very knowledgeable and helpful. From our first moment stepping on the hotel property until the last, Casa Sur exceeded our expectations. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food. Highly recommend this gem in old town Antalya!

The hotel is in the center of Antalya Old Town, walking distance to many of the city's attractions. Carpark is limited though. Hotel room is clean and comfortable, nicely furnished. Restaurant at the hotel serves really good cocktails. Last but not least, the staff and receptionists were especially nice!

Hotel is very nicely decorated, and rooms are very clean. Cleaning service is great! Breakfast is also delicious. The only thing we didn’t like is how noisy the rooms are, it’s next to town which is convenient but noise didn’t stop until after midnight. We also had a rough checkout, we were told to pay a certain amount but not what it was for, it would be helpful having a note of what the charges are for, that way the front desk isn’t confused also, we got it figured out after some phone calls to which then we were told what the charges are for.

Beautiful hotel, loud music from bars

Beautiful hotel! amazing patio and very friendly and attentive staff. The one big problem is the bars close by have loud music until 2-3am... that you can definitely hear from your room, this ruined our calm stay.. is not the hotel's fault, but the city should have some volume level restrictions. Parking in the nearby lot costs 200 TL the night or 250 TL for 24h.

We loved out stay here. This was our third visit to Antalya, our previous go to hotel was the Ramada that just happened to be overbooked this time, so we booked here instead. and i must say, any future visit to Antalya will have us staying here instead. Nice room, very pleasant staff, a very central location if you’re interested in the old town. Sheila, the amazing receptionist, greeted us on our first day, we were hoping to see her again before we left but didn’t get the chance. Praying for her expedient recovery. The breakfast was delicious, if you book a bed and breakfast reservation, you get to pick an item from their breakfast menu plus a hot drink, total value per person per meal was around 600~700TL range. It was well worth it. We would like to thank the staff for such a pleasant stay. Hope to visit soon. Peace.

Staff so nice and hotel very clean, there was an issue with our room but they fixed it super quickly and put us in a new one, very easy no hassle. The only thing I would note is breakfast is not included so you must pay and that the area is quite noisy from the bar next door at night. Otherwise very nice and hospitable and very beautiful rooms

The team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect—offering thoughtful restaurant recommendations, arranging the best beach clubs, and anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. It wasn’t just hospitality; it was genuine kindness and attentiveness that made us feel completely cared for. A special mention goes to Kerem, who not only served us at the bar but brought such warmth and personality to every interaction. His service elevated each evening we spent there. And the manager & hostess Nava and Nilgun were simply outstanding. Their grace and personal attention made a lasting impression on us and truly reflects the spirit of Casa Sur. In a city full of hotels, Casa Sur stands out as a place where luxury meets heart. It’s not just a stay—it’s an experience of feeling welcomed, looked after, and part of something special. Mattress was THIN and equivalent to non existent. I had to sleep in the crease between the two twin beds. I was more tired after sleeping than I was before. Rooms are absolutely TINY.

A little slice of heaven!

Tucked away in the heart of Antalya, right next to Hadrian’s Gate, the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Despite being so central and close to all amenities, the hotel felt like a peaceful oasis—charming, cozy, and incredibly tranquil thanks to its lush onsite gardens and private, thoughtfully designed rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and one day we returned to find colorful balloons in our room—a sweet, unexpected gesture from the staff that really made us feel special. Every single staff member was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They happily accommodated our requests, whether it was for a fan or help finding flowers, and consistently went above and beyond. The rooms themselves were beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable enough for our two-week stay. We loved the thoughtful touches like slippers, dental and shaving kits, and a fridge stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and soft drinks—it’s those little details that really elevate the experience. The Cava Restaurant was also a highlight. The food and service were exceptional, with our waiter offering helpful guidance through the menu and recommending the hotel’s signature cocktails, which were fantastic. Overall, Casa Sur was the perfect place to stay—peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully run. We had no complaints whatsoever and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.
