Honestly if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep it’s not horrible.. I payed for a room that was supposed to have a refrigerator but did not have one in my room. I wasn’t going to complain or say anything tho because the staff was nice enough to let me check out 1 hour later then check out time. The area is kind of shady tho.. a strange man was walking around asking my boyfriend to buy him a hotel room and it kind of creeped us out. Overall it was quiet and good conditioning. The tv hardly worked but it worked. Also 0 phones in the rooms to call front desk so you have to use your own cell phone.

The guy who checked us in was super nice and friendly. The room was clean and a place to sleep. The shower was kind of small but it worked. It was much cleaner than the place we stayed in on the other side of Ann Arbor to following 2 nights. I'd definitely stay at the Red Roof again if I needed to stay in the Ann Arbor area again.
