"Great location, especially if you have any appointments/prosedures scheduled @ Mercy Hospital. Also there is a AMC mega movie plex About a 50 yards from the hotel lobby. The mall & Walmart are super close. Only complaint l have is….super strict laws on towels. I stayed one night and woke up to find out. “Dang no towels for showering, not even one. Had to dry with hand towels and dirty T shirts from my travels. Other than this was a solid night stay."

"Staff was awesome! Got us into our room early. I needed a stamp and they gladly gave me one. Not a lot of $ but great gesture. Popcorn at night was really special."

"Overall the stay was good. The eating area wasn’t maintained very well. There was a tile missing and multiple separation issues. My wife fell due to the missing tile and bruised her ribs and arm. They did put a cone so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else. They were concerned and checked up to make sure she was ok."

"This is an older hotel but had been updated nicely. Our room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Hotel location is convenient to most things, including the historic area. Breakfast was good, the chef was friendly, and was around and attentive to keeping the food replenished. He interacted with the guests, making suggestions for things to do in the area. All of the staff we saw were friendly."

"As travelers with accessibility needs, this hotel is top on our list! Super clean, great bathroom space / shower / grab bars. Super nice, relaxed lobby and lounge. The staff asked if we needed additional help, but not in the “poor you in a wheelchair” kind of way. Also - just up the hill (walkable/wheelable) is Ska Brewery — excellent outdoor atmosphere, kids playing in safe natural areas while adults enjoyed a beer. Highly recommend!"
