"When we were given a key for a room the room already had people sleeping in it. The shock they felt when we opened the door and our shock to see them there, we will never forget. Also when we were given another room there were only two towels, we registered four guest when we booked the room. When we asked the front desk for two more towels they said they couldn’t access the cleaning services office and they said the had no more towels to give us, we had to share towels. I will never go there...

"The night manager is a total rock star. Excellent man! He even brought me my doordash that was not dropped off at my room like i had requested. Ok, there are people just hanging out there, coming and going in the parking lot. Looks like drug activity among other things i saw. Some of the rooms had their doors propped open with clothes baskets at midnight. I was very uncomfortable. It made me feel semi safe that the manager was on top of things so well! The room though! "On the positive side there was hot water and the fridge microwave and AC worked. But the place was pretty beat up and infested with roaches. But it was cheap and not crowded. But I still think they should at least seal all the holes in exterminate the roaches"

"This place was phenomenal. From the outside it looks a little scary, especially with the surrounding area but when you walk inside, it is really nice. They don’t offer complementary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant inside the building. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the building. I know there are some that are located outside the building. The one that we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly. Overall, it was a great experience."

"It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!"

"Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card."

"We booked a room with two beds due to the people in our traveling party. When we arrived at the building, they only had a room with one bed, which was not feasible. The facility was not a hotel. It was more like a shelter for people in transition. On our way up to the room, we encountered people on scooters entering an exiting the elevator on two different occasions.
