"Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! "

"Breakfasts were great and space was airy with lots of sitting areas on the main floor. Room was quiet. Beds were on soft side but overall good. Just need to work on “gate” for parking lot. Would definitely come back here in the future."

"The staffer was friendly. Room service requested at ease and flexible. Near Disneyland park and near restaurants. We enjoyed the fireworks from our swimming pool area (Disneyland fireworks). Free parking for guests. Breakfast with fee. Starbuck is located inside of the hotel. We will returning and highly recommended for everyone."

"We loved our stay here! Our room was huge and super clean! We stayed in the suite with a king bed, bunk beds, and small living room. The room was spacious and super clean! Housekeeping did a great job! The property was very clean as well. We were very impressed with pretty much everything! Breakfast was good for a free breakfast! The kids loved the Mickey Mouse waffles. It can get crowded for breakfast. The pool area was very nice. The pool was very warm which helped for the chilly days we had!...

"2 queen beds. Room was small. Refrigerator had no freezer. It was very warm in the rooms the way the air conditioner worked... you only felt the "air" if you sat right next to it. The air conditioning system in the room was not up to date. The breakfast was not very good."

"If you are planning to use the sofa bed, don't bother—the mattress consists of nothing but springs and is painful to sleep on. They won't replace it, and it is simply horrible. The regular beds aren't quite as bad, but the mattresses are extremely soft; if you roll toward the edge, you'll end up on the floor."

"The hotel is decently close to Disneyland. Took us about 10 minutes to get there. Only downside is the hotel is loud. The walls are very thin. We were originally put in a room facing the Main Street. We could hear everything, all night long. The traffic, people outside, etc. We told the staff and they quickly moved us to another room on the backside of the hotel! Which was incredibly sweet. But the room was next to a loud ice machine we could hear each time someone used it and at 7am the last...

"Daily cleaning staff was excellent and breakfast had a new menu everyday and kitchen amenities was perfect for a family of kiddos."

"The pull-out sofa in the suite was pretty bad. Anyone over ~50 pounds would have a pretty rough time sleeping on it. The queen bed in the bedroom was pretty comfortable though. Otherwise the room was clean but pretty basic, which is to be expected for what the room cost. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The internet was fast and reliable."
