"Clean, comfortable with some personality and distinction from mass market properties. Best hotel breakfast around, hands down. And the chef is super friendly and has been there for 25 years, which says a lot. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. Have stayed here before and will stay again."

"When you like a place that's clean...convenient to Disneyland yet away from higher prices..try this place. The lobby alone was impressive! Youre welcomed mid day by a fresh icy lemonade or hot coffee/tea. The breakfast was nice and assorted. Staff was friendly and unintrusive. The rooms were roomy and designed for comfort. I'll be back!"

"Unfortunately our stay was okay. The slides were closed due to them being upgraded (I am assuming they don't open until after memorial day weekend). They charge a service fee and have a parking fee that is disclosed before your stay with an email. I wish they would include it in the package so we know the full price. The biggest thing is the HVAC unit has a cat smell when its turned on. We booked 2 different rooms and the smell is similar throughout. Other than that no other complains"

"The rest of our trip, we kept looking back and wishing we were back at the Suncoast. Clean, friendly staff, wonderful poolside amenities, and a VERY easy walk to Disney. We will be bookmarking and going back again and again!"

"The hotel is in a great location! Within walking distance to the park. Our party had 2 rooms. One room was clean and fresh smelling. The other room was not great. The couch and chairs smelled like wet dog. We had to get Febreze from the office to spray everything because it stunk so bad. Our rooms were right on Clementine Street near the intersection. The traffic noise was nonstop, from all of the cars and nonstop buses, it was very hard to sleep being a light sleeper. There is a fire station...

"We had a great stay! The hotel was super clean, modern, and very comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Having an EV charger available was a huge plus for us as well. A bit expensive but definitely worth it for the quality, comfort, and overall experience."

"The hotel is decently close to Disneyland. Took us about 10 minutes to get there. Only downside is the hotel is loud. The walls are very thin. We were originally put in a room facing the Main Street. We could hear everything, all night long. The traffic, people outside, etc. We told the staff and they quickly moved us to another room on the backside of the hotel! Which was incredibly sweet. But the room was next to a loud ice machine we could hear each time someone used it and at 7am the last...
