"Breakfast was really good, but the maintenance service was disappointing. We arrived Friday night and the air conditioning was not working. I informed the front desk the next day, and I was told that someone would fix it while we were out at Disneyland. However, when we returned, the AC was still not working. It was a horrible experience trying to sleep in a hot room with kids. None of us were able to get proper rest. To make matters worse, we paid for an upgrade, but the beds were uncomfortable...

"We chose the Element for our first family trip to Disneyland. We are a family of 6 with tweens and teens and chose the one bedroom suite with a park view. This side of the hotel was very quiet and it was fun to be able to see the tops of some of the rides in the park. It was an easy walk and under 15 minutes at a brisk pace. We found the property to be beautiful, clean, convenient and perfect for what our family needed. One highlight was the breakfast buffet; it was delicious and made our stay...

"If you are planning to use the sofa bed, don't bother—the mattress consists of nothing but springs and is painful to sleep on. They won't replace it, and it is simply horrible. The regular beds aren't quite as bad, but the mattresses are extremely soft; if you roll toward the edge, you'll end up on the floor."
