A brief 15 minute walk to the Disneyland park or a 5 minute walk to the Toy Story lot! This hotel was a 10/10 "

"breakfast was ok, just like the same thing you get a Holiday Inn and the parking cost you $15 to park which they don’t tell you until you get there but other than that it’s close to the outlets and it’s a very clean hotel and a nice area in Orange County"

"The air conditioning did not work. No handles on the bathroom door or curtains making it difficult for my disabled grandmother to be in comfortable the room. I had to move rooms at midnight and there was no staff to help. Facility also has no wheelchairs. Hotel refused to take accountability and did not comp room or adjust price OR OFFER BONVOY POINTS, meal vouchers or anything."
