"A hidden gem located right off the 5 near Disneyland. The room was nice, spacious and had very comfortable beds. It worked perfectly for our needs (quick one night stay) but I wouldn’t choose it as a vacation spot w children (a touch too fussy), even though there were plenty of kiddos there. Overall, I recommend."

"I stayed here for a recent work trip. With the FIFA World Cup game local, most hotels in the area were unreasonably high. I always stay at a Bon Voy property when available. The Towne Suites was within walking distance of the office I was visiting and located near convenient dining, outside of the main tourist area. Perfect for concentrating at work. The property is on the older side, but is kept up very well for its age and price point. Everything was clean"

"I think this may be our go to from now on when we go to DL. We have stayed at numerous properties, and its always a struggle to balance cost/convenience/quality. Sure, you can stay closer and pay more (or way more) or you can stay farther away and uber, but I think this hit the sweet spot for us. Easy 5 min walk with only 1 street crossing, clean, nice, affordable! The staff here is INCREDIBLE-always said something to us when we were leaving/arriving. Super quiet hallways/rooms. No free...

"The room was not clean, the floors and shower were the dirtiest. There is dust on the bed frame, no updated outlets for C-port chargers, the tv remote barely worked and the bed mattress was not good as you can feel/hear the springs. Overall, the room sucked but the staff was very nice. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone but I guess for the price I paid, it makes sense. Plus it’s also further away from Disneyland, not worth the hassle."

"We loved the Viv in Anaheim . Easy check in with a super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and clean . The two pool options were nice and also a coffee shop and restaurant on premise. We liked the close proximity to Disney. We will be back"

"Hard to find good hotels in LA/OC area. This one is well cared for, comfy beds, great breakfast (helps a lot) and even had a room with 3 beds for us. Great location. We’ll prob be back to this one next time we do Knott’s or Disney. Breakfast from 7-9a is a little limiting. Very friendly staff tho. Well done."

"Clean room and great staff, but definitely giving motel vibes. Don't let the Expedia photos fool you—they definitely oversell this place. Upon walking into the lobby, we were greeted by a slight sulfur smell, and the hallways give off major motel vibes rather than a higher-end hotel. The underground parking garage is also pretty creepy, tight, and has a bit of a scary vibe, though to Expedia's credit, it was actually free as advertised. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly professional...

"Pros: Second year of staying here. -Very clean. -Very kind and responsive front desk staff. -Able to check out at 1 PM without extra fee -Uber to convention center is cheap ($12 max) -Soundproof rooms. Cons: -Very disappointed in the fact that the pool and hot tub are closed but it stated that it would have been fixed by now. Should have been given a discount for this or at least notified. They have no other amenities at all, so this would have been nice to know about. - TVs are horrible...
