"The property and the pool area was well maintained and very suitable for a family."

"All the staff was very friendly. Included self serve breakfast was very good and included scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, pancakes, hash browns, bagels, pastries, apples, oranges, bananas, melon and cantaloupe, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. The air conditioner in our room was a wall unit (mini split?) and the temperature was hard to regulate. When I saw the wall unit A/C, I took the bed next to the the A/C knowing that it would get very cool as the unit was running."

"Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! "

"As a 4 star hotel it falls pretty short on several aspects. The room was pretty small with a tiny restroom. It was also severely outdated and run down. The bathtub had black stains in the basin and dust on all the light fixtures (even over the nightstand between the beds). The parking is extremely expensive at $35 a day with no long term rate and they have a large section of the lot roped off for their valet service which is an extra charge daily not including tip. "Rooms are old and not properly cleaned specially bathroom i had to clean it myself Stains on the wall and breakfast was bad they also serve same foor everyday and our stomach hurts right after the only thing was good about the hotel the staff was nice and the location"

"We really enjoyed our stay , it’s a walking distance to Disney shuttles , lots of restaurants nearby but most of all the staff are amazing, the facility is super clean. Good size rooms with comfy beds. Will definitely recommend"

"We chose the Element for our first family trip to Disneyland. We are a family of 6 with tweens and teens and chose the one bedroom suite with a park view. This side of the hotel was very quiet and it was fun to be able to see the tops of some of the rides in the park. It was an easy walk and under 15 minutes at a brisk pace. "If you are planning to use the sofa bed, don't bother—the mattress consists of nothing but springs and is painful to sleep on. They won't replace it, and it is simply horrible. The regular beds aren't quite as bad, but the mattresses are extremely soft; if you roll toward the edge, you'll end up on the floor."
