One thing however was unjust in that our room had trash on the floor and a really large reddish brown stain on the wall as if no staff had went over the room with any sense of cleanliness and that's the one thing I expect in any hotel room is for the room to be clean and kept in great working condition."

"We stayed here for an Angels baseball game. The stadium is definitely walkable. We went to a night game - there was only one spot, under the bridge, that made me slightly uncomfortable as a woman, but we were in a group of 5, with a couple of guys, so that made it more comfortable to walk after dark. "I stayed here for a recent work trip. With the FIFA World Cup game local, most hotels in the area were unreasonably high. I always stay at a Bon Voy property when available. The Towne Suites was within walking distance of the office I was visiting and located near convenient dining, outside of the main tourist area. Perfect for concentrating at work. The property is on the older side, but is kept up very well for its age and price point. Everything was clean"

"Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! "

"The hotel common areas are a dump. Chairs and cushions everywhere are worn out. Half of the tables by the pool are broken. The mini out is all ripped up and the putter/balls are garbage. The pool towels look like car wash rags. The fencing/gate around pool are all broken. The lifeguards are sitting on their phones. Hogs breakfast shuts down at 9:30 in the dot . The whole room was full of people getting food and they start cleaning up and throwing the food away and shutting down the drink...

"I think this may be our go to from now on when we go to DL. We have stayed at numerous properties, and its always a struggle to balance cost/convenience/quality. Sure, you can stay closer and pay more (or way more) or you can stay farther away and uber, but I think this hit the sweet spot for us. Easy 5 min walk with only 1 street crossing, clean, nice, affordable! The staff here is INCREDIBLE-always said something to us when we were leaving/arriving. Super quiet hallways/rooms. No free...

"The room was not clean, the floors and shower were the dirtiest. There is dust on the bed frame, no updated outlets for C-port chargers, the tv remote barely worked and the bed mattress was not good as you can feel/hear the springs. Overall, the room sucked but the staff was very nice. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone but I guess for the price I paid, it makes sense. Plus it’s also further away from Disneyland, not worth the hassle."
