"Room was okay. The shower leaked BAD every time you showered. The pool was green and smelled horribly of mold. Had to go get our own towels every time our dirty ones were taken by cleaning staff. The one day of the week our whole room was to be cleaned the cleaning staff didn't start cleaning it until 5:45pm-6:00pm, which we were ready to come back to the room and relax and couldn't after a long day. But an efficient check in time would be preferred than waiting for hours after. I should have received a discount for the night but none was offered"

Cost was too high for what was being offered, 10 years ago this would have been a $100 hotel stay, not $250, so the price went up but it's still a $100 hotel stay, take what you will from that."

"We had a suite which had nice kitchen amenities and two TVs. Unfortunately, only one of the TVs would work consistently well. We had a balcony with a very nice view, the breakfast was great and changed abit every morning. However, there was no stopper in the bathtub, so I could not take a bath (only a shower). "It was really very nicely appointed. They didn’t gouge you for parking. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again."

"Clean room, stocked with beach and bath towels. Bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable allowing for a great night sleep. Bath had a personal jacuzzi tub. Their outdoor jacuzzi along with their spa robes felt like a luxurious experience at the spa. The wife and I bought a wine bottle, and their front desk provided the cork opener and glasses. Breakfast was a homier version of a hotel's continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and offered golf cart rides to the local beach."

"Well, staff tried to help… but the room was discussing. Water all on the carpet, huge wet stain on the couch. Pillows have nasty yellow stains. The kicker is when I called the front desk to get help with the room they ask my name… said “who are you??”.. they checked me under another guest name!! Still waiting to get the stay figured out."
