"We stayed twice two separate rooms. Both rooms the TV remote barely worked. It was taped together and you had to hold the button just to the right spot to get changed. The second room we stayed and didn’t even have hot water! Breakfast was two different types of cereal and a small muffin… Nothing to write home about. It advertised the pool, there was none."

"The room smelled clean upon arrival, and the sheets were clean. However, the shower was gross, and bugs came out of the drain. We stayed there for three nights and housekeeping never came in the room, not even to empty the trash. I understand that everyone wants to “conserve energy” but three towels for two people for three nights is not enough. When I went to the front desk to ask for new towels, they offered me pool towels that might as well have been sandpaper. Sadly, that wasn’t the worse...
