"great place?"

"Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. "

"I’m usually very picky with hotels, but this is genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Staff are incredible, facilities and rooms are beautiful. If I come back to Miami, will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Maison Felix!!"

"What a fabulous location and a wonderful boutique hotel option. The service and friendliness of the management team cannot be overstated. They were amazing. I would return in a heartbeat."

"Beautiful property in a great location. I was not lacking in restaurants and the beach was two blocks away. The staff were attentive and friendly. I would happily stay here again."

"Great spot, great location, really enjoyed the property"

"Nice stay."

"The room was clean and spacious. The pool area had a nice view and vibe. Restaurant wasn’t a place you would seek out though. Breakfast was passable, nothing special. The breakfast staff work hard to keep the buffet refilled. Hotel is close to Walgreens and CVS if you need anything. Gym was really small and basic. You are better off taking a walk on the beautiful beach across the street!"

"The Sunny was such a beautiful hotel. From the beach view, amazing pool, stunning rooms, and absolutely amazing hospitality, we couldn’t get enough of it. The staff was so kind and kept reaching out to see how they could make our stay better. Definitely will be staying here again!"
