"This hotel is like a motel on a highway during your road trip. Room was not ready upon our arrival, but they gave us a key and told to go downstairs when we called front desk. There is no service, they left a body wash bottle empty, second day no towels were left and they didn’t bring them up, we needed to go downstairs to get them. Constant running water in the toilet. We got stuck on an elevator on the 11th floor. Only cafe with chicken wings by the pool. Additional charge for chairs by the pool. Draws from the dresser falling out on your feet, rusted medicine cabinet in the bathroom, two dirty chairs…terrible "

"I could not sleep the whole night because the vanity mirror would not go off talk about not resting all night and having no sleep. I call the front desk they sent the technician and he said he can’t turn it off I went in the morning and let the manager know she smiled and said yes it’s not supposed to turn off worst night would not ever visit this hotel again "

"This location was ideal for my stay in Sunny Isles. It doesn’t sit on the ocean, but the walk to the beach is an easy one. I used the fitness center daily, the pool at least once a day. Took advantage of the daily food and drink perks. And it was a safe and short walk to some of the best restaurants! I will likely choose this spot again next winter."

"Maintenance staff entered our room twice within an hour of checking in and gave my daughter anxiety for the rest of the trip. The resort ran out of beach chairs and umbrellas and we were given a towel. . For a beach vacation."

"I had a really great experience staying at the Hilton. From the moment I arrived, Cesar welcomed me with a big smile and such a positive energy. He was always helpful, attentive, and made everything feel easy. Anytime I needed something, I knew I could go straight to him and he would take care of it right away. The housekeeping team was also wonderful. My room was always clean and well taken care of. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were - even when I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, if they saw me outside, they would kindly ask if I needed fresh towels, toilet paper, or anything else. Overall, such a pleasant stay. Thank you to Cesar and the whole team for making it so comfortable and welcoming!"

"I love the location, 70s nostalgic feel, and the room was a great size, but lacked amenities that are pretty tables stakes at hotels now, like water and shower gel. The balcony chairs were stained a gross brown, and the shower didn't drain properly, making it impossible to wash hair without the tub water quickly rising up to your mid calf. On Easter Sunday, the pool was taken over by employees hosting games for kids, and they required adults to exit the pool for the majority of the day, a massive disappointment, as was the constant smoking of other guests on the pool deck. The staff won't let you eat hotel fries on your pool chair, but the guests around you can pollute the air freely. I didn't get the benefit of what I paid for the stay being unable to use the pool on one of the days."
