"Good location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, close to a major mall. The hotel is fairly new, clean, and looks modern. That said, I would not return. The biggest issue is the noise. The hotel sits right next to a busy road near Aventura, and the windows are clearly not soundproof. I had one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. Take it up with expedia. Then when the hotel was contacted by expedia they denied this and said we had checked in our room was ready. Then had to fight with both expedia and the hotel to get our money back. horrific service from everyone. "

"We arrived at night…do not recommend. This is an older property which we usually like but we weren’t clear if it was a condo property or a hotel. There seemed to be a mixture of both. The pool was the highlight of the property. Overall, the inside of our room was clean and obviously updated in the kitchen and bath. The walk to the beach was short and in between the property and the beach there were many restaurants and shops to walk to. Milman’s grocery was our favorite but Publix was close,...

"The pool area was very clean and welcoming when we were there. I enjoyed that the pool was covered from above, yet outside. It was a wonderful warm, temperature. My husband and I were there for 3 nights and didn't see many people using the pool during our stay (probably because the weather was rainy and on the cooler side but we enjoyed it and felt like we had our own personal pool). Nice lounging area, too, if wanted to lay in the sun."

"The hotel staff was/is friendly and helpful . The restaurant is a very good choice. The downfalls are the rooms are very worn down, appliances rusty, room lighting very bad, main floor carpet fraying in livingroom and the bathroom sink backing up. "
