"I had difficulty with several things while using this property. The room held two queen beds, with space for four people. However, the bathroom only had towels for three, and towel hanging hooks for two towels. There was plenty of free wall space to add towel bars for allow four people to dry their towels without hanging them on the same two hooks. Yet, they did not offer that and it was very inconvenient. The beds were on platforms that made them so tall it was extremely difficult to get into...

"While I am not sure how old this property is or if it has always been a Hilton Garden, but it clearly has undergone room restoration and renovation. However, it felt like Hilton took a band-aid approach with the renovation to the rooms. The room felt chopped and lack cohesion. Craftsmanship was lacking, especially with the tile work in the bathrooms. It did not have the aura of the Hilton brand. I had higher expectations."
