"Was awakened at 1:30 in the morning to a high powered vacuum and the next unit. When opened to door to see people in the hallway, staff said they had a water line burst in that unit and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't help you go back to sleep. You would think they would've turned the water off at that unit, put stuff down, and wait til the morning to do that. The pillows already go flat the minute you touch them. Shower curtain won't stay closed because the rod is sagging. Shower valve wouldn't...

"Beautiful and comfortable room. We just got a traditional room and it was still wonderful. Pool was perfect, the grounds were very well maintained, and the breakfast was perfect. And The Well was great too with a very friendly bartender. It’s a fantastic location as well - pleasantly quiet and still one block away from everything."

"Our room was in desperate need of a makeover. The tub was all scratched up and the towel bar was missing. The wall paper was peeling. There was a knob missing on the credenza, I later found the knob stuffed into an extremely dusty cubby in the desk. The lobby smell was overwhelming with air fresheners. We were able to get an early check in (1.5 hours early), perhaps the room was our punishment for an early check in. Very disappointed, not worth the price!"
