"The room is clean but my bathroom toilet holder was broken. I had to wait 15 minutes for a staff to check me in. It looks like it’s a one man show at the front desk. Staff are super friendly though and allowed us to park our car there few hours before check in and that’s a plus. This is my second time staying here and I will book here again. It’s walking distance to the pier and all restaurants. We were able to see fireworks and parade too."

"All of the rooms had mold in them especially on curtains and front staff did the best they could to accommodate but the rooms just got worse. The bed sheets look like they didn't get washed 😒 and it said breakfast was included but most of days breakfast never got started."

"We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot."

"The hotel was pleasantly surprising. The area for breakfast was vibrant and cute & parking was easy. We requested a high floor upon booking; day of check-in we called they had not put us in a top floor, but the staff was very prompt to make the correction without any bumps. As for the room, it was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was especially small & tight. Shower was a bit weird & scary; the floor creaked and felt as though any movement would send you through the floor & the facet handle...
