"We left after 20 minutes. Dirty room stank of as though a petroleum based cleaner was used Carpet appear stained. Several small holes in bed speed, appeared dirty on base boards Toilet was too low, as my wife has a walker needed to support her. PLease refund us. We stayed in a nearby hotel 6 south Ventura. Expedia should not support this hotel unless major changes take place it’s not a 2, it’s not even a 1 rating!!"
