"Check in was easy and the staff were helpful even when they don't speak english. Room was clean and bed was also comfy.
One of the rooms we booked had faulty aircon but staff went out of their way to repair. "

"ロータスホームカフェのケーブルカーステーションを予約しましたが、当日に別のシグニチャーに移動させられました。事前に連絡もなくここではないからと車で移動させられました。
ホテルの部屋は普通で、スタッフも対応は良かったのですが、部屋に冷蔵庫がなく不便でした。また部屋に蚊やゴキブリが出て大変不快でした。
朝食も別のホテルに移動させられ、席もなく、正直あまり美味しくなかったです。朝食に水も出ません。
再訪はしないと思います。"
