"All around the people werw super friendly professional and kind the rooms werw above and beyond my expectations and they were big rooms hall ways werw huge so many players to hang out in hotel to do things with families and it was just a exceptional stay would stay again and again no doubt highly recommend from me snd i travel for work alot snd the room rates were great also the whole place was super clean and comfortable do stay there enjoy!!!"

"I love being a guest at the encore. They are welcoming the moment you walk in the door. The lobby is spacious with tables and chairs and games and fireplace, coffee & ice waters. You can sit and play cards with friends and enjoy the evening. Inside or out actually. The rooms are amazing. The beds are so comfortable. Everything is so clean and tons of little special nuances - welcoming you to your room."

"One of the nicest places we've stayed at while in Amish Country. My daughter loved playing the piano in the lobby. Staff was super nice. With places closing so early in Amish towns, having an indoor pool and hot tub was a huge bonus and gave a genuine place to relax of the evenings. That area could use a bit of an upgrade. Pool needed painting, etc. but still super nice."

"We were not impressed with the continental breakfast. We did not eat there the second day. We have stayed at less expensive hotels that at least had fresh fruit options like oranges and bananas. The evening snack was nice."
