The two bedroom apartment was good. Sparsely furnished for such a big space, but that's fine. No air con so REALLY warm. After a couple of days with all the windows open, it became tolerable.
The relationship between the owners and the front desk is strange. For example, there were no toilet rolls in the apartment - front desk gave as a couple as a favour, but said it's nothing to do with them, and we're meant to message about that kind of thing. At check out I mentioned that one of the windows doesn't close - he didn't seem too bothered, and it was hard to guess if he'd ever tell anyone about it.
Communication from the owners was dire. They use the messaging facility on this site, but don't type anything, just attach HTML files containing the messages. On my phone, they appeared as dark grey text on a black background, making them near-impossible to read. I guess those messages would have been the route to information like the WiFi password, but I couldn't read the messages, so never found out.

Small little hotel next to Paddington Station which is such a convenient location. Rooms are small but the bed was very comfortable and it is probably the most economical place to stay in Central London. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would stay there again.
