The staff was very helpful and friendly and let us check in early as the rooms were ready for us. With a 3 night stay we had a good time in London. Breakfast was ok but wasn't consistent every morning. Not everyday there were hash browns and it would have been nice to have unsmoked and smoked bacon. Mushrooms were nice but on the label it should have been stated garlic mushrooms in case when guests have allergies. For the rest a great hotel with great beds for a good night sleep.

"Great location with wonderful runway views at LHR for those with an interest in aviation. Comfortable rooms and beds and a good shower, once you figure out how to operate it. Rooms lack a USB charger point, so bring a plug phone charger. Wifi is good. Food is good in the evening and also for breakfast. ..."
