I was checking in the same day that typhoon “dolphin” was passing over Okinawa, and she was still working and even got my room ready early for me so I was not left out in the storm. "From the moment you walk in to the self checkout you are greeted with calming music and a nice aromatherapy. The decor is amazing and the room was so spacious. It is just a short 5 minute all to the beach and American Village. My only complaint is it can get a little noisy outside at night. The check-in check out process is smooth and easy. My friends had a minor issue and it was resolved very quickly"
