"NO HOT WATER! The front desk staff is very unfriendly. The rooms are extremely dirty. I stayed here for 10 hours until I left for my cruise and if it were for anything longer I would have gotten a hotel. My niece walked around our 3BR in her socks and by checkout the bottom was BLACK! I guess I got what I paid for bc this hotel is nasty. Sleep with your. Others on. "

"There were bed bugs in the room. We found one in the blanket and one in the bathroom. My son was full of bites in the morning. We stayed for a night to ride a shuttle and catch early flight the next morning. We were in a hurry for our flight, otherwise we would not have left without reporting and asking for answers. We didn’t expect such an issue from branded hotel like this. Horrible experience."

"Very nice hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. They allowed us to check in early and pay for late check out in advance. They gave us our credit for food and drinks. The room was clean and eccentrically decorated. They also left us chocolates and ear plugs since the airport is not that far away. We went to lunch and dinner in the restaurant and the food was good. Please be aware that there is a 20% gratuity added to all bills at the restaurant. Next day went down to breakfast and there was a nice selection. They have a self-serve breakfast and it has cereal muffins bagels bacon etc. We took a moment to sit outside at the outdoor pool which had plenty of seating. There is nothing around the hotel so keep that in mind if you need a bunch of stores or restaurants. Not sure if it was a slow day at the airport but the planes were not an issue. The TV also had good channels so that drowned out the planes. Would book with this hotel again."

"I chose March 10th, matching my flight. Between choosing not to go with the added insurance, and finalizing payment, the date changed to two weeks later. I reached out to Expedia for help as this was not my choice. I reached out to HI. Neither would adjust the date. All I needed was for them to place the date as March 10th. I will never work with Expedia or Holiday In ever again. A simple adjustment to make it all OK, and you wanna be greedy for a couple hundred dollars? Karma delivers! "

"It does what it needs to do. I use it to sleep and it was fine, ac worked well, bed was comfortable enough. You’re in Miami so everything is near"
