We had a comfortable and luxurious stay

We are quite happy that we choose this place to stay. It was comfortable and felt luxurious. The staff were warm and friendly. Alfonso had contact with us before arrived and met us at the square when we arrived, and help us with all questions we had. And always smiling Rosalina prepared delicious breakfast every day. Breakfast had great variety although the place only catered 3 rooms (6 persons) Location is good (if you can handle a few stairs, as no elevator), we had view to the sea as well as the main square. Rooms were clean, good smell and felt new. The sound isolation is pretty good, we couldn't hear the lively surrounding once balcony doors were closed.

A true gem!

This place is simply amazing! We booked Room 1 which has a stunning view of the Duomo and a side view of the sea. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine was just sublime! The room was perfect, cool and tasteful decor, with a state of the art bathroom. And the standard of service was truly excellent. We were welcomed by Alfonso who was hugely helpful with recommendations in Amalfi. Rosalina was our hostess and looked after us brilliantly, providing a gorgeous breakfast and being just delightful company! We would like to keep this place a secret but in all honesty you couldn't book a better place in Amalfi. It's superb.

This was a unique boutique that had made us feel right at home. The hospitality we were provided during our stay was amazing. Rosellina made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. Alfonso was quick to answer our questions and gave us plenty of recommendation for transportation, things to do and places to eat. This location was close to everything and the views were awesome!

The best property we’ve stayed in so far in Italy. Modern with all the conveniences, extremely clean, and in the best possible location. Our room had a view of the duomo, and only steps from the piazza and ferry/buses. The host Alfonso gave some great recs of things to see/do and restaurants to eat. And Rosalina who prepares your breakfast and looks after you could not be more welcoming/accommodating if she tried. Such a beautiful lady. We would stay here again and again!

What a wonderful stay at ABBRACCIO Amalfi Boutique Retreat we had! Do not hesitate to stay here! Brand new renovation in the most perfect location! We spent a lot of our days in Positano with easy transport links close by, but chose to eat a lot in the evenings in Amalfi due to the brilliant array of restaurants just a stones throw from the hotel which were perfect! Alfonso gave us brilliant recommendations to all the local restaurants worth visiting, and even those to avoid which we appreciated! The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and really comfortable and chiq! Stunning view out of the balcony from every angle - whether it’s the cathedral like we had, or the sea front! Rosalinda, (I think was her name) who looked after us every morning at breakfast was absolutely amazing and really made the stay feel special! Her attention to detail and courteous manner is a real credit to the hotel! Thank you so much again and we would love to return!

Quiet Luxury i hjertet av Amalfi

Dette boutiquehotellet er hva jeg ser for meg når jeg tenker "quiet luxury". det er stilig, crisp, rent, med tanke for detaljer (som at det er steamer og lys i garderobeskapet, og at kjøleskuffen er fylt med vann på egne flasker med hotellogoen). Interiøret er moderne, men med håndplukkede antikke detaljer! Hadde hjørnerom med utsikt RETT på katedralen og utsikt mot havet. Kunne tilbragt hele oppholdet i Amalfi på hotellet, og stortrivdes med det! Rosallina er hjertet i hotellet som ordner nydelig frokost og går ikke av veien for å hjelpe deg eller svare på alskens rare spørsmål! Sammen med Alfonso, som hjelper med det praktiske, utgjør disse en duo som løfter stedet fra upersonlig til lunt og personlig.
