"We had to take the stairs to the hotel with our suitcases which was a challenge for seniors nobody to help. The room was so small and there was no place to walk around the bed we had difficulty gettin in bed from one side. The room was so hot and shower so cramped. There is really nothing to recommend . "Short walk from airport. Very clean and in good condition. I would stay there again. Was upgraded as Expedia Platinum and allowed checked in almost 2 hours early. Very fast check in and out. "

"This was the only hotel in our trip (5 hotels) that didn't include breakfast in the cost, so we skipped it as it was fairly expensive. The room is very small and minimalist. Everything is "modern", but lacking, no side tables, super small desk with a stool, no room for suitcase, bare concrete walls, however the bathroom did have counter space. "Awful hotel with cheap finishes. We had the worst room in the hotel, room 202 looking out on a parking lot and the roof of the entrance. Comparable priced hotels have vastly superior finishes and services. It was quite obvious they were doing everything to save money at your expense considering the room costs were at the high end of similar hotels."

"Hårde senge men meget behagelige at sove i. Vandtrykket i badet var dårligt men det er det vist overalt i kbh. Der var madrester og et håndklæde der flød på altanen men da jeg skrev og klagede var de MEGET hurtige til at tilbyde og komme og fjerne det. Der mangler lidt køkkenredskaber som f.eks en ostehølv. Lækker tv og behagelige sove sofa. Vil anbefale lejligheden til andre. Nemt at gå hen til øresund metro på små 10 min. "

"This is a fantastic hotel. Well decorated. Comfortable. Rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were all just so nice. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. So many choices. All fresh ingredients. Mimosas! Lobby/bar/sitting areas are all tastefully designed and comfy. The location is perfect. It's on the water. It's across a bridge to city center. And the food court Broen's has so many different kids of foods and drinks. We ate here multiple times...
