"This met the need of a stay overnight in Copenhagen but the rooms were basic. Bed, tv, bathroom. No AC which probably isn't a big deal most of the time in Copenhagen but it was hot and stuffy in our room. Bathroom did not look the same as the photos as the toliet and shower are all the same room with a curtain seperating the two. Breakfast was decent and check out was easy. It met our needs but didn't wow us. Close to the train station to get to the airport."

"Check in was slow. There were only 2 staff. It took us almost 25 minutes to check in. It was nearly midnight so there was not a very long line, but.... Breakfast was ok but it could have been better had the staff been more friendly and accommodating. As a guest, I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for a scrambled egg whites. No smiles. And the room was very warm and uncomfortable. We had to open the windows despite having a fan (yes, we had to ask for a fan..Felt like we were...

"We were quite disappointed with our stay at the Crown Plaza. I was travelling with a disabled friend and while the initial desk personnel were good and friendly, it went downhill from there. Our room phone was not working which concerned me greatly, in case we needed assistance, so I had to go down to reception to report it. They sent someone up, but it could not be fixed. Our QR readers were unable to read the QR code for the room service menu, so again, because the phone wasn't working, I...

"The room was great. It was the smallest room I think I’ve ever seen. But we’re traveling Europe. We used it to sleep in, and it accomplished that very well. There was no air conditioning, so It was a little warm. But it was comfortable and would be willing to stay again."

"We're used to hotels having AC. Unfortunately, this supplies a small electric fan to help cool the room. While our current hotel has 4 fluffy pillows per bed, these beds had a single, very thin flat pillow. Thankfully, my memory foam neck pillow worked perfectly under the pillow, to provide the elevation I'm accustomed to. These differences are related to the different customs of Danish countries compared to North America. Having said that, the staff very good."
